Boston Luxury Chauffeur & Limo Service operates https://bostonluxurychauffeur.com/ (“Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our services and constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Client,” “you”) and Boston Luxury Chauffeur & Limo Service / Sacar LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By making a reservation, booking service, or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1. Reservations must be made via the Site or by contacting our customer service team.
1.2. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing reservation details. It is your responsibility to verify all information for accuracy.
2.1. We accept major credit cards at the time of booking. Other payment methods may be accepted with prior written authorization.
2.2. For corporate clients, alternative billing arrangements may be approved in writing before services commence.
2.3. All charges are due in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.1. Standard Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service will avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a charge equal to the full booking amount.
3.2. Changes to Service:
Requests to modify a reservation (time, date, vehicle type, or service type) must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Changes made within 24 hours may incur additional fees, at our discretion.
3.3. No-Show Policy:
A no-show (failure to arrive at the pickup location without prior cancelation) will incur the full booking amount.
4.1. All passengers must comply with local laws and Company policies during the service.
4.2. Smoke-free Vehicles: Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times in vehicles unless prior written approval is granted.
4.3. Alcohol Use: Alcohol consumption is permitted only if pre-arranged and lawful. Passengers must be of legal drinking age where applicable.
4.4. You and your party are responsible for the conduct of all occupants. Any behavior that endangers the chauffeur, vehicle, or others may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
5.1. Additional charges may apply for:
Waiting time beyond agreed grace periods.
Extra stops not included in the booked route.
Excessive cleaning or damages requiring vehicle servicing.
5.2. You agree that any such charges may be billed to the credit card on file. See also Vehicle Damage & Cleaning below.
Due to variable wait times and airline procedures, arrival services may include a grace period for flight delays; however, extended waiting beyond this period may incur additional hourly or per-minute charges.
You are responsible for promptly contacting your chauffeur or dispatch when you have exited customs/baggage claim areas.
7.1. You agree to pay for all damage to the vehicle or its equipment caused by you or any party traveling with you, including but not limited to:
Upholstery stains
Broken glassware or equipment
Excessive cleaning due to spills or misconduct
7.2. Minimum cleaning fees and damage charges may apply depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
7.3. You authorize the Company to charge your credit card on file for such charges.
8.1. The Company is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, acts of God, strikes, or mechanical failure.
8.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its agents, drivers, and employees from all claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the services, including attorney’s fees.
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy posted on the Site. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or the jurisdiction where services are provided). Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of booking. For corporate clients, alternative payment arrangements may be made upon request.

If a client fails to show up for their booking without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Our vehicles are smoke-free. Alcohol consumption is permitted only if prior arrangements have been made. Clients are expected to respect the driver and the vehicle.
