Getting there

Getting to Encore Boston Harbor

Encore Boston Harbor is in Everett rather than in Boston proper — it sits on the Mystic River waterfront, just over the city line. That distinction matters more than it sounds, because the resort is reached by a small number of approaches: Route 99 through Sullivan Square, Route 16 across the top, and I-93 or Route 1 from further out. The Orange Line stops at Sullivan Square and Wellington, neither of which is at the door. For an evening that starts with dinner and ends late, a booked car removes the whole question.

Arriving from Boston

Route 99 and Sullivan Square, or across on Route 16 — the approach depends on where in the city you start and what the hour is doing.

Arriving from Logan

A tracked flight, luggage handled, and one vehicle from the terminal to the resort entrance.

Arriving from further out

I-93 and Route 1 both feed the area, which puts the North Shore, the suburbs and the airports within a single booked run.

Airport transfers

Logan Airport to Encore Boston Harbor

A large share of Encore guests land at Logan first. That leg is straightforward to book and easy to get wrong on your own — terminal, luggage, and an unfamiliar approach on the far side of the harbour. We track the inbound flight and coordinate the pickup around when the aircraft actually lands, then take you from the terminal to the resort entrance in one vehicle.

  • Flight tracking — give us the airline and flight number and the inbound flight is monitored, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup.
  • Meet & greet — curbside, or your chauffeur waiting at baggage claim with a name sign.
  • All terminals — A, B, C and E.
  • Departures — the return leg back to Logan can be reserved at the same time, timed to your outbound flight.

How you book

Point-to-point transfers and hourly chauffeur service

There are two sensible ways to book a casino trip, and which one fits depends on a single question: do you know when you are leaving?

Point-to-point transfers

One journey, one agreed pickup, one destination. Best when you have a return time in mind, or when the trip is a straight run out from Boston or in from the suburbs.

Hourly and as-directed

The vehicle is held for you rather than released after the drop-off. Right for an evening built around dinner, the floor and a show, where the finish time is genuinely open.

Round trips

Both legs reserved together at the time of booking, with the return set to whatever suits you — and the details confirmed to you in writing before the day.

Corporate and VIP

Corporate and VIP transportation to Encore

The resort hosts a good deal of business entertaining alongside its leisure traffic — client dinners, hosted evenings, and guests brought in from a conference elsewhere in the city. Those bookings want the same things a boardroom transfer wants: a car that is already reserved, a chauffeur who is discreet about it, and an account that settles afterwards rather than at the kerb.

  • Standing reservations — recurring pickups for the same team, address and time.
  • Named-passenger booking — an assistant or coordinator can reserve on a guest's behalf.
  • Multi-vehicle arrivals — sedans, SUVs and vans dispatched together against one written timeline.
  • Consolidated billing — arranged in advance, so nothing changes hands in the car.
Nights out

Group and night-out transportation

This is the honest argument for booking a car to a casino, and it has nothing to do with luxury. A group that drives itself has to nominate somebody who does not drink, find parking on arrival, and get out of a garage at the end of the night with everybody else trying to do the same. A booked vehicle removes all three problems at once, and it keeps the party in one place instead of split across three cars.

Nobody drives home

The single reason most of these bookings get made, and the one worth stating plainly.

Arrive together

Up to fourteen passengers in an executive van, or nine in a stretch limousine — one arrival, one departure.

No parking, no queue

Set down at the entrance and collected at an agreed point, rather than waiting for a garage lane to clear.

Occasions

Events, celebrations and weddings

Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette evenings and wedding-party outings all bring groups to the resort on a schedule that has to hold. For those we agree a written running order beforehand — who is collected, from where, in what vehicle and when — and dispatch against it rather than improvising on the night.

Questions

Encore Boston Harbor transportation FAQs

No — it is in Everett, on the Mystic River waterfront, just across the city line. Most guests travel there from Boston by road via Route 99 and Sullivan Square, or across on Route 16, which is why a booked car is usually simpler than working out the transit connections.

Yes, and it is one of the most common bookings we take for the resort. Give us the airline and flight number when you reserve; the inbound flight is monitored and your chauffeur meets you either curbside or at baggage claim with a name sign.

Yes. Both legs can be reserved at the time of booking, with the return time set to whatever suits you. If you would rather not fix a return time at all, hourly service is the better arrangement.

That is what hourly and as-directed booking is for. The vehicle is held for you rather than released after the drop-off, which suits an evening that includes dinner, the floor and a show without a fixed finish.

A business class sedan for up to three passengers, a luxury SUV for six, an executive van for up to fourteen, and a stretch limousine seating up to nine. Tell us the party size at booking and we will help you match the vehicle to the evening.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If your plans change inside that window, call us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

Yes. An executive van carries up to fourteen and a stretch limousine seats up to nine, so a party arrives together and leaves together — and nobody in the group has to be the one who drives home.
