Full refund: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a complete refund, no questions asked.

Within 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows: Failure to cancel or meet your chauffeur results in the full fare being charged.

Flight delays: We monitor flights automatically — if your flight is delayed, there's no penalty and no need to contact us.

Modifications: You can modify your booking (change time, location, or vehicle) up to 6 hours before pickup at no charge.
